Kyle LeDuc

Kyle LeDuc, Lucas Oil off-road short course driver sponsored by Rock Star Energy Drink and Team Associated , came into the office Thursday to sign some books, do some interviews, shoot a guest spot for the show, and get some photos for our magazines and books. It was a long day but we all had a good time. In the morning we shot the book signing along with a promotion for our online store and the show, then we all headed out to lunch at Bobby Qs in Westport, CT. When we got back we finished off the day with interviews and a photo shoot. I’ll be editing the video interview this week and will post it up when it’s complete. I was lucky enough to shoot the cover of both the magazine and book you see in the photos here, which feature the Team Associated RC car which is modeled after Kyle’s full scale truck.

Michael Buble with Jen

Jen and I have a tendency to end up in the back row at concerts. At Mohegan Sun’s arena there really isn’t a bad seat though. I bought her tickets to see Michael Buble for Valentine’s day and last night we went. The show started at 9pm. We arrived at the casino around 4:30 and headed over to Margaritaville for some dinner and drinks. Then it was off to the video poker machines. After an hour of winning and losing, I ended up 25 cents more than I started. Hey, at least I wasn’t in the red. Michael’s opening act, Naturally 7, was amazing. Definitely need to check them out if you haven’t already. I have to admit I was a little bored at the beginning of Michael’s set. I actually thought he came out drunk, but after a few songs he started talking to the audience. He’s a really funny guy. The show lightened up and turned out to be pretty entertaining.

Baby portraits can be the most challenging, but also the most rewarding. Sessions typically last about 30 minutes and are more or less “rapid fire.” We take great care to keep the baby comfortable and relaxed through the entire session. This series was shot at her parents’ home. I brought along one of my studio lights and a small lighting umbrella and turned her bedroom into a temporary studio.
